Thunderstorms and tornado warnings = no softball and no running, but did make it to the gym; those walls won't climb themselves next weekend!
Overhead press: 3 sets of 10 at 30 lbs
Arm curl: 3 sets of 15 at 30 lbs
Arm extension: 3 sets of 10 at 30 lbs
Pulldown, my clear favorite by now: 4 sets of 15 at 50 lbs, then 4 sets of 10 at 60 lbs
Chest press: 3 sets of 10 at 30 lbs
And then back to the arm curl as it feels like the only machine working biceps instead of muscles along the back of my arm: 1 set of 10 at 30 lbs, then tried 2 x 10 at 40 lbs, which was doable but way hard, so back to 30 lbs for the last two sets of 10.
Clearly I am a weakling as every machine but the pulldown I'm pretty much stuck at 30 lbs, BUT at least I didn't do 20 lbs on anything this time!
