Have done some stuff today...don't know if we'll call it a "workout" as that implies a set time, place, and plan, but doing stuff is better than not doing stuff!
Did a few chinups before work and a few tonight. Used my weights some--did a few sets of 10-rep arm curl things: over my head, traditional dumbbell curls, etc. I think I did 30 altogether. Also did 2 sets each of 10 pushups, situps, and flutterkicks. Not bad! I totally feel like I could do this much every day--but no promises, I don't stick to things well and if I feel guilty for missing days I'll just avoid it that much more.
But yay for today! Tomorrow I run. With bricks or without bricks, that will be the question...
