Short and sweet

I ran tonight. With bricks...a little over 2 miles, a little under 12 minute pace. For me, that's a pretty good brick run, so I'm pleased. And, I did a few of my tiny chinups, and a little bit of weight stuff. That's two days of decent fitness-related activity in a row, yo! I think signing up for a 5k that's in three weeks or so is helping keep me motivated. I might have to find one to do each month...
