Tonight's workout:
5 chinups
3 reps of 10 arm curl thingies with weights (I am so technical!!)
10 flutterkicks
10 situps
repeat.
done.
So far I am at least better at flutterkicks than my 12-year-old. He's pretty much smoking me with everything else. But not forever!
